Rollers, cables and hinges are inexpensive, and rail sections are moderate. What moves the total is how far the door traveled out of line, whether a section bent, and whether the framing behind the rail has to be repaired before anything is anchored back to it. A section damaged past sensible repair should be named as that on site, before the work, rather than billed as a repair and then a replacement.
